Our Vision

The most trusted name in Midwest hauling, where every shipper, farmer, and plant manager knows that if a Randolph truck is booked, the load is already as good as delivered.

We’re building a company that outlives all of us: one that still answers its own phone, still pays drivers like owners, still runs the newest iron on the road, and still treats every bushel, every gallon, and every handshake the way our grandfather did on day one.

A fleet big enough to handle any contract, small enough to know your name, and tough enough to keep earning the right to pull your loads for the next fifty years.

That’s not a tagline. That’s the plan.

Our Mission

To move every load — dry bulk, liquid, or dedicated contract — safely, on time, and without excuses, while treating drivers like family, customers like neighbors, and the highways like our own backyard.

We promise honest pricing, clean equipment, and a live voice on the phone every single time. We deliver more than freight; we deliver trust, one mile and one handshake at a time. That’s how we’ve run since day one, and that’s how we’ll run tomorrow.

Our Values

These aren’t posters on a wall. They’re the rules we live by.

  1. Show Up We’re there. No excuses, no stories, no chasing loads. If we said yes, the truck rolls.
  2. Tell the Truth One price, no surprises, no games. You’ll hear the real story from us even when it costs us money, because your trust is worth more than one load.
  3. Take Care of Our People Drivers aren’t hired help; they’re the reason we exist. Top pay, home time that actually happens, and new iron under them every few years. Happy drivers don’t leave, and your freight doesn’t sit.
  4. Own It Problem on the road? It’s our problem until it’s fixed. Spilled grain, missed gate code, scale ticket short; doesn’t matter whose fault, we make it right, fast.
  5. Leave It Better Every farm lane, every dock, every scale house. We tarp tighter, sweep cleaner, and say thank you louder, because tomorrow we’ll be back.
  6. Stay Hungry, Stay Small Enough to Care We’ll grow, but never so big we forget whose crop is in the box or whose name is on the invoice.

That’s it. Six things. We don’t always hit perfect, but we never stop measuring ourselves against them.

Our Strategy

How we stay alive, grow strong, and never become “just another carrier.”

  1. Stick to What We Know Cold Midwest bulk lanes, ag cycles, quarry runs, and food-grade/chemical liquid routes. We don’t chase shiny freight we can’t haul better than anyone else.
  2. Lock in the Right Customers, Not Every Customer We say yes to shippers who value reliability over the absolute cheapest rate. Year-round contracts and dedicated runs beat spot-market chaos every day.
  3. Keep Drivers Longer Than We Keep Trucks Pay above market, run well-maintained equipment, respect home time, and treat people like humans. Low turnover = experienced drivers = fewer mistakes and happier customers.
  4. Grow One Good Customer at a Time A new dedicated fleet for an existing shipper beats ten new spot customers. We expand by deepening relationships, not by spraying loads all over the board.
  5. Stay Lean, Stay Fast, Stay Profitable Every dollar we don’t waste goes to better driver pay, newer trucks, or lower customer rates.
  6. Be Ready When Others Aren’t Extra trailers staged in season, surge drivers on call, winterized tankers, cash reserves. Harvest, planting, road bans, or polar vortex; when the big boys are scrambling, we’re rolling.

That’s the playbook. No corporate buzzwords, no 50-page slide deck; just a clear, boring, hard-to-beat plan we actually follow every day.

Our Strength

Our strength is simple: we do what we say, every single day, no matter what.

  • Deep Midwest roots and relationships; farmers, co-op managers, and quarry superintendents have known the Randolph name for decades.
  • A veteran driver lineup that averages over 12 years with us; they know the back roads, the tight docks, and how to baby a load through a January blizzard.
  • Financial horsepower without the bloat; we can stage extra trailers, add dedicated units fast, or weather a bad market without nickel-and-diming customers.
  • Zero layers of bureaucracy; when you call, you talk to someone who can say yes, make a decision, and move iron immediately.

We’re not the biggest, the flashiest, or the cheapest.

We’re the ones who still show up when the spot market dries up, the roads ice over, and everybody else is “working on it.”

That’s our strength. And we’re proud of it.

What makes Randolph one of the best in Indiana?

Randolph Enterprises is the best because we treat every load like it’s our own crop, our own paycheck, and our own reputation on the line—and we’ve done it that way without missing a beat.

Nobody matches our mix of veteran drivers, owned iron, Midwest grit, and the simple fact that when we say the truck will be there, it already is.

Why choose Randolph?

Because you’re done with the games.

  • You call, Randolph answers. No 1-800 menu, no broker runaround, no “I’ll have someone get back to you.”
  • The truck that shows up is ours, the driver’s been with us forever, and the trailer’s clean enough to eat off of.
  • One invoice, one honest rate, zero hidden fuel surcharges or “detention” surprises six weeks later.
  • Your grain, fertilizer, rock, or food-grade liquid is treated like it’s coming out of our own bins or tanks; because half the time it is.
  • If something goes sideways (and it rarely does), we fix it fast and eat the cost before we even tell you about it.

Choose Randolph because you want your freight hauled by people who still believe their word and their name are worth more than an extra 15 cents a mile.

That’s not old-school. That’s just how winners do it.

We're Here for the Long Haul

We plan on hauling your grandkids’ grain, fertilizer, and rock. That means we don’t just chase the hot market today; we build the company to survive and win for the next fifty years.

  • Financial discipline No crazy debt loads, no over-leveraged trucks, no living load-to-load. We keep cash reserves that let us buy new iron in bad markets and keep running when others park.
  • People first, always Drivers and shop guys retire here, not quit here. Fair pay, real home time, and profit-sharing keep turnover near zero and institutional knowledge in the seats.
  • Controlled, profitable growth We add trucks and trailers only when the right long-term contracts are signed, never just to look bigger on a broker board.
  • Community & Ag partnership We’re still the local guys who sponsor the FFA truck, fix the church lot gravel for free, and buy fuel and parts in the same towns we haul from. Strong communities mean strong customers mean a strong Randolph.
